No expert sees your financial data without your explicit permission, and you can revoke that access at any time. We never sell your information.
Our guarantees
Encrypted connections
All communication with Paxuna goes through an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Your session is carried by a secure cookie that page scripts cannot read.
Read-only bank access
Bank connection is optional and goes through Plaid. Paxuna never receives your bank password and cannot move your money. Access tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our servers.
Explicit consent
Every share with an expert is started by you, for the scope and period you choose, and can be revoked at any time.
Access log
Every time an expert views your data, it is logged and visible in your app.
Verified experts
Every professional has their credentials reviewed by the Paxuna team before they can appear in the app.
AI with your consent
Before any personal information is sent to an AI service (receipt reading, transcription), we ask for your consent.
You stay in control
Access your information, export it, withdraw a consent or delete your account: your data and files are then erased.
Transparency
No system is infallible. If an incident poses a risk of serious harm, we will tell you. To report a vulnerability or ask a question, write to us.
